Nancy’s Sweetheart Chocolate Pie

Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream or for a Valentine spin, use Cherry Ice Cream

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs, separated
  • 2 unsweetened Chocolate Squares
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 9" unbaked Pie Crust

In medium saucepan, slowly melt chocolate squares. Add sugar and mix. Stir in egg yolks. Add flour and vanilla. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy and add to mixture. Pour into pie crust and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
